CTI started its proficiency testing activities and the research and development of reference materials/standard samples in 2009. In July 2013, it obtained the proficiency testing provider (PTP number: PT0028) and the reference material producer (RMP number:  RM0008) Two qualification certificates, becoming a domestic third-party testing organization that has obtained two accreditation qualifications at the same time; China Testing Standards Center, as a CTI testing organization specialized in the development of reference materials and proficiency verification activities, has successfully developed a variety of standards  It has also obtained the national standard material certificate issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, and organized proficiency testing activities for many times, established a communication platform for the improvement of laboratory testing technology, and provided one-stop quality solutions for enterprises and industries.
