Testing for Food Additives and Prohibited Substances

Centre Testing International Group (CTI) is capable of testing food additives and prohibited substances in various foods, including preservative, colorant, antioxidant, sweetener, bleacher, such as sorbic acid and tartrazine. Prohibited substances containing bisulfoxylate formaldehyde, Pericarpium papaveris, rhodamine, Sudan dyes. The testing method can satisfy the requirements of national standard.The food range covers ordinary processed food products such as processed grain products, pastries, vegetable products and special food categories such as edible agricultural products, Health-care Food, self-made processed food in catering.

Colorant：tartrazine、sunset yellow、allura red、ponceau 4R、indigotine、caramel colou rclassⅢ-ammonia process、paprika red.

Baking powder：butylated hydroxyanisole(BHA)、butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT)、tertiary butylhydroquinone(TBHQ)、ascorbic acid(vitamin C)、tea polyphenol(TP)、vitamine E.

Sweetener：acesulfame potassium、sodium cyclamate、sodium saccharin、sucralose、steviol glycosides.

Color fixative：sodium nitrite、potassium nitrite、sodium nitrate、potassium nitrate.

Bleacher：sulfur dioxide、sodium metabisulphite、sodium sulfite、sodium hyposulfite、sulfur.
