      Thermal performance is one of the important properties of materials, and it is the prerequisite to ensure the application of materials. Therefore, the thermal performance test is one of the important means of material science research. The purpose of ensuring cleanliness is to make the product reach the specified life, and not to shorten the service life due to pollution in the process of manufacturing, use and maintenance.       1. Routine sample requirements

      Metal linear expansion coefficient

      1. The maximum length and width are 10 mm, the maximum height is 25 mm and the minimum height is 2 mm. The upper and lower surfaces are flat and the parallelism difference is ± 25 μM. (Note: if the linear expansion coefficient is lower than 20 μM / m, the sample height needs to be 20 mm);
      2. Test temperature range shall be provided
