In May 2022, there were totally 26 consumer products recalled cases (excluding toys, electrical appliances and textiles) from EU Rapex system. As for country of origin, one was from Germany, one was from Turkey, two were from Hong Kong of China, three were unknown, the rest were all from mainland of China. A total of five jewelry products have been recalled for releasing excessive amounts of nickel, a powerful sensitizer that can cause allergic reactions if it stay on the skin for too long.
There were 3 recalled cases from America, as for country of origin, one was from India, one was Denmark, one was from mainland of China.
There was no recalled case from Canada.
There was 1 recalled case from Australia, which the country of origin was unknown.
