The list covered restricted substances list of apparel, home textiles and footwear, and cited the strictest government regulations or laws. About every 6 months, the RSL will be updated and released.
Compare with the 15th edition, there is no changes in restricted substances and their requirement, but added listing various regulations, especially the new mandatory China standard for children’s footwear GB 30585-2014 Safety technical specification for children’s footwear. About the detailed requirement in GB 30585 and the solution, CTI will hold a seminar in the near future.
